This was my first visit to Universal Imports and I must say it was great!! They took me on time, had a loaner ready for me, and finished my car ahead of schedule. I will definitely be using them for any future servicing that my Audi Q5 requires!!

I had an inspection done and was in and out in 40 min. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient, and the waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks.

Great service! If you don't see what you're looking for on the lot, they'll find it for you. The after purchase experience is terrific! Any concerns are addressed immediately. Can't say enough good things about Universal Imports. I'm a customer for life. UPDATE 12/8 Service: Great service! On time, accurate estimate and super friendly staff. I can’t recommend Universal Imports enough. 7/18: NYS inspection. Easy scheduling. In and out in no time. Great service!!
