Shout out to the service department at Universal Imports! I had an issue with my audi and couldn't get an appointment anytime soon with a dealer. I called Hunter at Universal Imports and they were able to look at my car and take care of what turned out to be a water pump issue. This is a family owned business and I was made to feel welcome and will always return here with my cars.

The people at Universal Imports handled recent service for my Audi S5 as they always do, with quick fair estimates texted and emailed to me and timely phone calls letting me know how the work was going and when it would be ready for pickup. This time it needed some additional body work on the front fender, which included reforming and painting. They did that for $250! Best customer service of any shop I’ve ever used. Highly recommended.

Great service! If you don't see what you're looking for on the lot, they'll find it for you. The after purchase experience is terrific! Any concerns are addressed immediately. Can't say enough good things about Universal Imports. I'm a customer for life. UPDATE 12/8 Service: Great service! On time, accurate estimate and super friendly staff.
