I had an inspection done and was in and out in 40 min. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient, and the waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks.

Great service! If you don't see what you're looking for on the lot, they'll find it for you. The after purchase experience is terrific! Any concerns are addressed immediately. Can't say enough good things about Universal Imports. I'm a customer for life. UPDATE 12/8 Service: Great service! On time, accurate estimate and super friendly staff. I can’t recommend Universal Imports enough. 7/18: NYS inspection. Easy scheduling. In and out in no time. Great service!!

We could not be more pleased with the team at Universal. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We bring all three of our cars to Universal for regular maintenance. Rochester is lucky to have such a high quality service center. My wife loves to browse the lot when we drop off a car for service and look at all the beautiful imports they have in their inventory. We will be customers for as long as we live in the Rochester area.

I met these couples Jeffrey Jennings at the Jennings funeral home they put me in contact with Mark the owner of universal import and Mark became a lifesaver today as he was willing to help me use his shop for the AC machine so I can get the Lineman crew working air in his truck.
